Inventory Tracking & Stock Level Updates
Upon receipt of an order, the system automatically designates the inventory as Allocated, thereby removing it from availability for other orders or purposes. Once the order has been shipped, the inventory will be deducted from the stock and will no longer be displayed as Allocated or Available within the system. While Zeno maintains a record of its knowledge, it is the responsibility of the user to update the system for any new inventory shipments or lost inventory.
