Orders can be submitted at any time through the API endpoint or through Zeno after account creation, but the packaging algorithm that runs in the background requires the inventory and warehouse setup to be complete.
Once packages are successfully created from submitted orders, the inventory, including the boxes used, is deprecated.
Users have the option to create batches of packages for fulfillment. Users can retrieve these batches through the API and send them to their warehouse to be fulfilled. Future integrations will automate this process.
When the fulfillment center prints shipping labels, tracking IDs become available for retrieval. Users can retrieve tracking IDs from their warehouses and submit them to our API endpoint, where they will be stored. The user can retrieve all of their tracking IDs through the packages API endpoint.
