The Dashboard is a dedicated page for all of your fulfillment data. Here you can get real time information and analytics regarding your orders and fulfillment performance. The Dashboard contains 3 sections:
On the My Users page, you can easily add and invite additional Users to your Zeno account. These Users will have all the same permissions as the account holder, or Superuser, except for the ability to invite other Users and access the Account & Billing page.
On the Inventory page, you have the ability to access and review the latest inventory details, upload new inventory manually or via a CSV file, or manage inventory manually or via a CSV file.
This is the Orders page. Orders represent what has been purchased by customers on your website within a single transaction. From here you can view all current orders that have arrived in Zeno including their current status and contents. Orders will go through a packaging process within Zeno and will be split into one or more packages depending on certain factors.
This is the Packages page. Packages are derived from orders and can contain all or part of an entire order. A package’s contents will be picked, packed, and shipped from your fulfillment center in the shipping box assigned.
This is the Batches page. A batch represents a user-created group of at least one or more packages. Here users have the ability to create batches which can then be pulled from Zeno into your fulfillment center for further fulfillment.
From the Warehouses page, you can create and configure all the fulfillment warehouses your business fulfills orders from.
From the Account & Billing page, you have the ability to subscribe to the product, and see what your current plan is, the estimated charge for your next payment, change your payment information, and view past payments.
From the Settings page, you can update your profile picture, time zone, password, and notification settings. You can also access and regenerate your API key.
