We're Looking for 10 Operators Who Are Done with 'Good Enough'
We’re Looking for 10 Operators Who Are Done with “Good Enough”
Here’s the situation.
We’ve been working hard building an order management system called Vectis. Not because the world desperately needed another OMS (there are plenty of those), but because every one we used made us want to throw our laptop into the ocean.
Six-month implementations. Pricing that requires a “call with our sales team.” Interfaces that look like they were designed in 2008 by someone who hates warehouse workers. You know the drill.
So we built something different. And now we need to find out if we’re right or delusional.
The Founding Customer Program
We’re opening Vectis to 10 founding customers. That’s it. Ten.
Not because artificial scarcity is a cool marketing tactic (though it is), but because we genuinely can only give white-glove attention to about ten operators right now. We’re a small team. We’d rather go deep with a few than shallow with many.
Here’s what you get:
- 90 days free. Real free. Use Vectis in production, move actual orders through it, see if it works for your operation.
- $299/month for 12 months after that. Our Starter tier, locked in. No “we’re raising prices, sorry” email in six months.
- Direct line to the people building this thing. Not a support ticket queue. Actual conversations with humans who can ship fixes and features.
- Your problems become our priorities. Missing an integration you need? We’ll build it. Workflow doesn’t quite fit? We’ll adjust. You’re not just using the product, you’re shaping it.
Here’s what we get:
- A case study. When this works for you (and it will), we want to tell that story. Your name, your numbers, your experience.
- Your honest feedback. Not “this is great!” when it’s not. Real feedback. The kind that stings a little but makes the product better.
- Proof that we’re not just building for ourselves. Three years is a long time to work on something. We need to know it works for someone other than the voices in our heads.
Who This Is For
You’re probably a good fit if:
You’ve outgrown the basics. Shopify admin was fine when you were shipping 50 orders a week. Now you’re at 500, or 5,000, and you’re drowning in browser tabs, spreadsheets, and “I thought we had that in stock” conversations.
You’re running multiple warehouses (or about to). East coast, west coast, a 3PL, your garage, wherever. You need inventory that syncs and orders that route intelligently.
You sell through multiple channels. Shopify and Amazon. Your website and wholesale. TikTok Shop and your local retail partner. You’re tired of reconciling orders across platforms manually.
You deal with complexity. Hazmat products. Subscription boxes. B2B wholesale with weird shipping requirements. Multi-address orders. The stuff that makes basic tools fall over.
You’re doing $1-10M in revenue. Big enough to need real infrastructure. Small enough to not want a 6-month implementation and a six-figure annual contract.
You value your time. You’d rather spend 30 minutes learning a tool than 30 hours. You want software that works like you think, not software that requires you to think like it works.
Who This Is NOT For
Let’s save us both some time.
If you need 50+ integrations on day one, we’re not there yet. We’re building fast, but we’re building deliberately. Shopify, WooCommerce, and the core shipping carriers are solid. The long tail is coming.
If you need a vendor you can blame, look elsewhere. We’re partners, not scapegoats. When things break (and things always break), we fix them together.
If you want enterprise theater: procurement processes, security questionnaires filled out by a sales team, a dedicated “customer success manager” who’s really just a glorified upseller. That’s not us. We’re humans who build software, and we’d rather just talk to you directly.
If you’re happy with your current setup, genuinely happy, then stick with it. We’re not here to convince anyone they have a problem. We’re here for the operators who already know they do.
What Vectis Actually Does
The short version: it’s where your orders live.
Orders come in from your sales channels. Inventory updates in real-time across all your warehouses. The system routes orders to the right fulfillment location based on rules you set. Your team picks, packs, and ships. Customers get tracking info. You get visibility into what’s happening without checking six different dashboards.
The slightly longer version:
- Multi-warehouse routing that actually works. Set rules based on inventory levels, shipping zones, whatever logic makes sense for your business. Vectis handles split shipments when needed.
- Real-time inventory across every location. Sell on Shopify, update stock in your 3PL, see the change immediately everywhere. No more overselling.
- Dangerous goods support. If you ship batteries, aerosols, or anything else that makes carriers nervous, Vectis tracks the classification and keeps you compliant.
- StoaPack integration. Our bin packing API figures out the optimal box size for every order. Stop paying to ship air.
- An interface your warehouse team won’t hate. Big buttons. Clear status. Minimal clicks. Designed for people who are actually doing the work, not executives looking at dashboards.
Is it the most feature-rich OMS on the market? No. Is it the most pleasant to use while still handling real operational complexity? We think so. But that’s what we need you to help us prove.
How to Apply
Email us: founders@stoalogistics.com
Tell us:
- What you sell
- How many orders you’re doing monthly
- How many warehouses/fulfillment locations you’re working with
- What channels you’re selling through
- What’s breaking right now (or what you’re worried will break as you grow)
That’s it. No forms. No scheduling a demo with an SDR who then schedules a demo with an AE who then schedules a “technical deep dive” with a solutions engineer. Just email us. We’ll read it. We’ll respond.
We’re reviewing applications weekly and we’ll be real with you about fit. If we don’t think Vectis solves your specific problem yet, we’ll tell you. We’d rather have a good conversation than waste your time.
The Fine Print (There Isn’t Much)
- The 90-day trial is actually free. No credit card required to start.
- The $299/month rate is guaranteed for 12 months after your trial ends. After that, you’ll move to whatever our standard Starter pricing is at the time (currently $299, might adjust as we add features).
- The case study commitment is real. We’ll work with you on what gets shared, but we need to be able to tell your story.
- You can cancel anytime. We’re not trapping anyone. If Vectis doesn’t work for you, we want to know why, and then we want you to find something that does.
Why “Founding Customer”?
Because you’re not just buying software. You’re helping us figure out what this thing should be.
Every OMS on the market was shaped by its early customers. The features that exist, the workflows that feel natural, the integrations that got prioritized: all of that came from someone using the product and saying “this needs to work differently.”
We want Vectis to be shaped by operators who think the way we do. People who value clarity over complexity. Who’d rather have something that works reliably than something that promises everything and delivers chaos. Who understand that “good enough” is actually the enemy of great operations.
If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
Stoa Logistics: Smoother operations. Lower costs. No nonsense.
