One dashboard, all your orders
Multi-Channel Order Management for E-commerce Brands
Selling on multiple platforms? Stop switching between dashboards. Vectis OMS pulls all your orders into one view with real-time inventory sync.
The Tab Problem
Right now, you probably have multiple browser tabs open:
- Shopify admin
- WooCommerce dashboard
- Maybe Amazon Seller Central or eBay too
Plus a spreadsheet. And you’re switching between them constantly, trying to keep track of what sold where and whether you have enough inventory.
This is exhausting. And expensive.
Every minute you spend switching tabs is a minute you’re not growing your business. Every oversell costs you a refund, a bad review, and a customer who won’t come back.
The Real Cost of Multi-Channel Chaos
Let’s do the math:
| Problem | Cost |
|---|---|
| Oversell (1 per week) | ~$50 refund + shipping + time |
| Missed order (1 per month) | Lost customer lifetime value |
| Manual inventory sync (30 min/day) | 10+ hours/month of your time |
| Wrong tracking number sent | Customer service headache |
| Delayed shipping (checking multiple dashboards) | Lower seller ratings |
Conservative estimate: $500-2,000/month in lost time, refunds, and missed opportunities.
What If Everything Just Worked?
Imagine this instead:
8:00 AM — You open Vectis. Every order from last night is already there. Shopify, WooCommerce—and more channels as we add them. One list, sorted by priority.
8:15 AM — You start shipping. Same workflow for every order. Pick, pack, print label. Tracking numbers automatically sync back to each channel.
9:30 AM — Done. All orders shipped. Inventory updated everywhere. Customers notified.
9:31 AM — You work on something that actually grows your business.
That’s what multi-channel should feel like.
How Vectis Makes It Work
Real-Time Inventory Sync
This is the big one. When you sell something on one channel, Vectis updates inventory across all connected channels with near real-time sync (typically under 60 seconds). No more waiting for scheduled syncs to run.
Result: Dramatically reduced overselling risk.
Unified Order Queue
Every order from every channel appears in one list. You can:
- Filter by channel (show me just Shopify orders)
- Filter by status (show me orders ready to ship)
- Search across everything (find order #12345 or customer@email.com)
- Sort by priority
No more switching between dashboards.
One Shipping Workflow
Whether the order came from Shopify or WooCommerce, you do the same thing:
- Select order
- Compare carrier rates
- Print label
- Mark shipped
Tracking syncs back to the original channel automatically. Your Shopify customer sees tracking in Shopify. Your WooCommerce customer sees it in WooCommerce. You did the work once.
Channel-Specific Handling
Different channels work differently. Vectis handles them:
- Shopify — OAuth connection with automatic order sync
- WooCommerce — Real-time webhook updates
Orders flow in automatically from each connected channel.

Common Questions
What if I add a new channel later?
Just connect it. New orders start flowing in once connected.
Do I need to change anything in my stores?
No. Your storefronts stay exactly the same. Customers see the same experience. Vectis works behind the scenes.
What about channel-specific reporting?
Vectis tracks which channel each order came from. Filter orders by channel for your reporting needs.
Can I still use Shopify’s shipping if I want?
Yes. Vectis is flexible. Use our multi-carrier shipping or keep using what you have. Orders sync either way.
What if a channel has an API outage?
Vectis queues updates and retries automatically. When the channel comes back online, everything syncs. You don’t have to do anything.
