What is the Founding Customer Program?
Founding partners get a 90-day free trial, then lock in Starter pricing ($299/mo) for 12 months regardless of tier features used. In exchange, you commit to a case study after 90 days and direct feedback with our team. We keep the group small so we can support each partner properly; email for current spots.
How do I apply to be a founding customer?
Email founders@stoalogistics.com with your monthly order volume, number of warehouses, sales channels, and biggest fulfillment pain point. We review applications weekly.
Why do you show pricing when competitors don't?
We believe in transparent pricing. You deserve straight answers, not "contact sales" runarounds. Our pricing reflects the value we deliver.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
Orders never stop flowing. If you exceed your monthly allocation, additional orders are billed at the end of the month at your tier's overage rate. No surprises, no service interruptions.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us to set this up.
What does the Enterprise SLA include?
Published terms for API availability (monthly), support first-response times by severity (P1–P3), and service credits if we miss those targets. Full text: stoalogistics.com/sla. Starter, Growth, and Pro are best-effort support without that contract.
